FEE POLICY

Services are provided through Health First Family Care Center on an outpatient basis.  

All applicable insurance's and outside payment sources are utilized prior to client's payment.

Sliding fee scale, payment plans, Medicaid, Medicare and help with other payment options may be arranged through confidential financial counseling.

Area Served

Health First Family Care Center serves Franklin and the surrounding areas of Alexandria, Andover, E. Andover, Bristol, Bridgewater, Danbury, Hill, New Hampton, Northfield, Tilton, Sanbornton, and Salisbury.
