To contact a staff member at health first you can call the clinic at 934-0177 (administrative), or 934-1464 (clinic).  To email a staff member use the following formula to create the corresponding address.

1. use all lower case letters
2. use the first letter of the first name of the staff member
3. use the last name of the staff member
4. add the suffix @healthfirstfamily.org

John public's address would read as follows jpublic@healthfirstfamily.org.    To access a email server click on THIS button.
