PUBLIC Health First Family Care Center is a community health center that provides out patient primary healthcare to the population in the Twin Rivers Region of New Hampshire. The tri country area known as the Twin Rivers community, includes twelve rural townships (Franklin, Hill, Bristol, Tilton, New Hampton, Sanbornton, Northfield, Andover, Salisbury, Danbury, Alexandria, and Bridgewater) in central New Hampshire, with a population of approximately 30,000 people.
