NUTRITION

Nutrition services are offered to regular patients within the Health First practice, and to other individuals from throughout the service area on a referral basis.   A registered nutritionist is part of the team at Health First and actively works with patients as needed.  Specialized Diet management groups are offered to clients with chronic conditions, such as Diabetes and Hypertension.
