PHARMACY

Pharmacy services are provided only through the physician's license for samples at the present time.  Though a series of discount coupons and samples, many of the clients needs for medication necessary to complete prescribed treatment are met. 

To assist clients having additional medication needs to meet prescribed treatment, Health First has developed contracts with programs that will assist individuals with chronic illness with long term medical needs.

Assistance with prescription medication necessary to complete the course of treatment is offered through service methods.

1. NH State Department of Health and Human Services Prescription Medication Assistance for individuals over 65.
2. Pharmacist company special application for assistance with medication for chronic illnesses
3. Health Link Twin Rivers- application based on income.
