PUBLIC PAGE Health First Family Care Center is a community health center that provides primary healthcare to a medically under served population in the Twin Rivers Region of New Hampshire. The tri country area known as the Twin Rivers community, includes thirteen rural townships (Franklin, Hill, Bristol, Tilton, New Hampton, Sanbornton, Northfield, Andover, East Andover, Salisbury, Danbury, Alexandria, and Bridgewater) in central New Hampshire, that has a population of approximately 30,000 people.
